All Parts Welcome: A Breathwork Journey into Your Inner World
All Parts Welcome is a therapeutic breathwork experience that combines Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts-based exploration with Rebirthing Breathwork.
We all have different parts of ourselves. You might recognise the inner critic, the achiever, the people-pleaser, the perfectionist or the anxious planner. But we also have parts that are playful, creative, adventurous, compassionate and deeply connected. Some parts step forward when we feel safe, whilst others emerge when we're under pressure and trying to protect ourselves.
Rather than trying to silence or change these parts, this breathwork session invites you to be present with them, and greet them with greater curiosity, compassion and understanding.
Each session begins with an introduction to IFS and a parts-based theme, it may include using cards, journal prompts or a short creative practice before moving into a Rebirthing Breathwork practice. The breath offers an opportunity to move beyond thinking alone, helping you connect more deeply with your body, emotions and inner experience.
Rebirthing Breathwork it’s a gentle practice using a connected breath pattern, it isn't about striving for dramatic breakthroughs or forcing emotional release. The emphasis is on creating a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your inner world at your own pace, allowing whatever needs your attention to emerge naturally.
The session concludes with time for integration, reflection and grounding, helping you make sense of your experience before returning to everyday life.
No prior experience is necessary. Whether you're completely new to IFS parts work and Rebirthing Breathwork or have explored them before, you'll be supported every step of the way.
What to Expect
A small, supportive group of no more than 8 people
A comfortable lying-down practice with blankets, bolsters and a cosy space to settle into
A gentle, guided breathing practice – this isn't forceful breathing or about pushing for a particular experience
Emotions, thoughts or memories may arise. Whatever comes up is welcome. If anything feels overwhelming, you'll be supported to slow down, adjust your breath, or simply pause and settle
Optional opportunities to reflect and share with the group (there's never any pressure to speak)
Herbal tea and/or a small treat to close the session together
Who it is for
This breathwork journey is suitable for anyone who would like to deepen their self-awareness and reconnect with themselves in a thoughtful and supported way.
However, there are certain physical and mental health conditions where this practice may need to be adapted or may not be appropriate.
Because this is a group experience rather than one-to-one therapy, it's important that you're able to take responsibility for your own wellbeing within the session.
If you're currently experiencing significant mental health difficulties, are in crisis, or feel that exploring your inner world could become overwhelming without dedicated therapeutic support, I'd encourage you to get in touch before booking so we can discuss whether this feels like the right time and the right type of support.
You'll be asked to complete a health questionnaire before attending. The purpose isn't to prevent people from taking part, but to make sure everyone receives the right support and that the session is safe for both you and the wider group. If anything you'd like to disclose needs a conversation, I'll simply get in touch so we can explore the most appropriate way forward together.
If you're unsure, please don't hesitate to get in touch at hayley@studioklys.co.uk

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic model based on the idea that we all have different parts of ourselves. Rather than seeing these parts as problems to overcome, IFS helps us understand the role they've played in our lives and develop a more compassionate relationship with them.
-
Rebirthing Breathwork is a gentle form of Conscious Connected Breathwork that invites greater awareness of your body, breath and inner world.
Rather than striving for dramatic breakthroughs or emotional release, the intention is to create enough space for you to notice what is already present.
The breath becomes a way of listening rather than pushing, allowing your experience to unfold at a pace that feels safe and manageable. -
No. You don't need any previous experience of Internal Family Systems (IFS), parts work or Rebirthing Breathwork. The session is suitable for both beginners and those with previous experience.
-
People's experiences vary. Some people notice emotions arising, whilst others experience calm, clarity, insight or deep relaxation. All responses are welcome.
Whatever your experience, you'll be supported to move at a pace that feels manageable.
-
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe and relax easily. Mats, blankets, bolsters and any other equipment are provided.
-
Yes. Many people attend on their own, and no previous connection to the group is expected.
-
Every session is different. There isn't a "right" way to experience the breathwork, and there is no expectation to have a particular emotional or physical response.
Many people find value simply in taking time to slow down and reconnect with themselves.
-
No. Whilst therapeutic principles inform the session, this is not group therapy. The focus is on guided breathwork, self-exploration and personal reflection within a small group setting.
-
Your safety is my priority. Before attending, you'll be asked to complete a confidential health questionnaire so I can ensure the practice is appropriate for you and make any adaptations where needed.
Please let me know if you have, or have a history of:
Heart or circulatory conditions (including high or low blood pressure)
Respiratory conditions (such as asthma, lung conditions or ongoing sinus issues)
Nervous system or autoimmune conditions
Mental health considerations (including significant anxiety, depression, trauma history or other diagnosed conditions)
Musculoskeletal injuries, recent surgery or chronic pain
Eye conditions (such as glaucoma or detached retina)
Pregnancy, if you think you may be pregnant, or if you've given birth within the last six months
Having one of these conditions doesn't automatically mean you can't attend. The questionnaire is there to help determine whether the practice is appropriate, whether any adaptations are needed, or whether another form of support would be more suitable at this time.

Breathwork can sometimes bring emotions, memories or sensations into awareness. There's no expectation that this will happen, but if it does, you won't be expected to push through it.
If you don’t feel comfortable setting with the feeling then you'll be encouraged to ease back to your natural breathing, take a comfortable or grounding position, and allow your body time to settle. I'll be there to support you within the boundaries of the group setting.
If something significant arises, I may encourage you to continue exploring it with your own therapist or another trusted source of support after the session. If you don't currently have that support in place, we can discuss appropriate options together.
