Online Group Breathwork
Online Group Breathwork sessions are designed as an introduction — a way to explore how working with the breath can support regulation, awareness and rest within a small, guided group setting.
No prior experience needed. Just a quiet space and a willingness to pause.
What to expect
Sessions are guided and held at a steady pace.
You’ll be invited to:
notice your natural breath
explore simple breathing patterns
spend time in stillness and awareness
For some people, this feels calming.
For others, it may bring emotion, insight, or a sense of release.
All responses are welcome, and you remain in control of your experience throughout.
Who this is for
These sessions may be helpful if you:
feel stressed, overwhelmed or mentally busy
struggle to switch off or rest
feel disconnected from your body
are curious about breathwork but unsure where to start
You don’t need any previous experience.
There are different ways of working with the breath.
Functional breathwork focuses on how you breathe day-to-day.
It supports more efficient, balanced breathing patterns, which can improve energy, focus and overall regulation.
Therapeutic breathwork works at a deeper level.
It can support emotional processing, release tension held in the body, and increase awareness of internal states.
In these sessions, both approaches may be drawn on, depending on what feels appropriate for the group.

Book your place on a guided group breathwork session.
Spaces are limited to 12 people to keep the group small and the experience more contained.
Sessions last 45 minutes, including a grounding introduction and a gentle return at the end, with optional space to share afterwards.

A quiet space where you won’t be disturbed
A cushion, blanket, or anything that helps you feel comfortable
A stable internet connection
Water nearby
An optional journal for reflections afterwards
How it works
Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Google Meet link and joining details.
Sessions begin at the scheduled time, so please ensure you’re ready a few minutes beforehand. To avoid disruption to the group, entry may not be possible beyond 5 minutes after the session has started.
If you’re no longer able to attend, cancellations or rescheduling can be made up to 24 hours in advance.
Health & Safety
Breathwork is generally a safe and adaptable practice. If you have any health conditions or concerns, please share these in advance via email at hayley@studioklys.co.uk or at the beginning of the session so it can be held safely.
