Groups & Events

Studio Klys offers group sessions, workshops, and one-day events, held both online and in person. These gatherings will be shared as they become available, so you’re invited to check back or keep an eye on upcoming announcements.

What to expect

Group work offers something different to individual sessions. Being alongside others can help reduce the sense of isolation many people carry, and can bring reassurance through shared experience.

Groups can be a place to:

  • feel less alone in what you’re experiencing

  • learn from listening to others, as well as from your own process

  • explore therapeutic work in a more accessible way

  • take part at a lower cost than 1:1 sessions

Participation is always invitational. There’s no pressure to share more than feels right.

Examples of future offerings

Future groups and events may include:

  • online group breathwork sessions

  • breathwork for anxiety short courses

  • nature-based therapy days

  • creative therapy workshops

Each event will be clearly described, with details shared in advance so you can decide whether it feels like a good fit.
